Stiff fabric

The pillows fabric is very stiff and scratchy. The fabric may soften after washing.

This pillow is AMAZING!!! I was on the edge about buying this and I am so very glad I did. It has been a lifesaver before and after my shoulder surgery! Everyone needs to own one of these!
